About Kristi

I absolutely LOVE what I do.  I don’t see what I do as selling homes – but rather as helping people.  For buyers, whether you are relocating to the area and need to find a home close to your new job or you are settling as a family for the first time and buying your first home together, you’ll get no sales pitches from me.  I’ll listen to you and we’ll walk the streets together, sip coffee in the neighborhoods that you like, talk to people who’ve lived there awhile, and by the time you move in – you’ll belong. Because in the end, it’s not about a particular house so much as about finding that perfect reflection of who you are, a place where everything makes you feel welcome, and where the new is not scary, but rather full of bright and shiny possibilities.

For sellers, I will work my behind off to get your home sold for you, because moving on shouldn’t put your life on hold, and we’ve all been there.  Whether you are selling to move up or downsize or find yourself forced to sell through a short sale, I won’t judge you or argue with you.  I’ll simply help you get where you are going, with a smile.

Speaking of smiles – I do everything with a smile, primarily because I believe I am extraordinarily lucky.  I have two great kids and a husband who loves me, faults and all.  Our daughter Tayllor will graduate in 2013, as our youngest Aaron will transition into middle school.  It is not uncommon to see us on the sideline bleachers of the baseball and soccer fields during sports seasons, rain or shine.  We are participating members of the “Parent Cheer Section”….Loud & Proud!

I am lucky that my husband Chris won his long term battle with cancer.  I’ll always sport a bit of pink to remind myself and others that we can fight, and hopefully, someday eradicate this disease that affects so many.  Since retiring his real estate license, Chris has been assisting me in what we now call our “family business”.  So, I see us as a wise investment – you get two long time professionals for the price of one.

So here it is, in a nutshell.  Almost forgot – I am lucky that I live in the best place in the world.  I am surrounded by beautiful parks and even more beautiful people.  We have amazing schools and so much stuff to do for kids, and there is always music and art and great food.  Life is good.
